The Northumberland Forum for People with a Learning Disability (the User Forum), is made up of self advocates from across the whole of Northumberland who are supported by Spiral Skills Advocacy Project. The aim of the User Forum is to make sure that service planning in Northumberland takes into account the needs and views of people with a learning disability. Providing members with a chance to meet and talk about issues important to them and to take these to the Partnership Board for action. Jane Mackay is the Northumberland Learning Disability Partnership Board Co-Chair
